Perfect Print 2 is the second generation of the soft Xpansion solution for comfortable creation and efficient management of print output.
The program simplifies the everyday work with all contents, which should be printed on paper (texts, pictures, tables or graphics). Thus, reports, booklets or complete documentation can be professionally created by the user according to his individual view - without occasional restrictions of printing possibilities of the original application.
Perfect Print 2 is a universal tool for individual printing from any application on any printer. It gives you, for example, an ability to place your information arbitrarily on a page as well as place a picture on several pages, add extra information, edit printing layouts by yourself, create new, save files for printing as PDF or image file, send by e-mail and much more.
Perfect Print 2 uses a virtual printer, based on the „Print to Document“ technology from soft Xpansion. With this technology the printing jobs, processed by a software application, can be managed more individually. In addition, printing tasks are delivered to the virtual printer and are available there for another processing by Perfect Print 2.
New! Now Perfect Print 2 works not only with print jobs, but also with PDF files. Perfect Print 2 opens PDF files and allows to extract some pages from PDF documents and save pages from the available print jobs or from other PDF files in a new PDF file. Besides, additional contents as for example headers or footers, pagination, logos, watermarks, texts or cliparts can be added.
